Nov 6, 2024 · 22 nd CIRCUIT COURT NON-INCUMBENT POSITION — There will be a new face on the bench in the 22 nd Circuit Court. Jinan Hamood won the right to the judge’s chair by beating Jeffrey Worosz on Tuesday. Hamood will replace the Honorable Timothy Connors. Connors has been a state court judge since 1991 and decided against running for another term.

Nov 6, 2024 · ANN ARBOR PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT —There was only one incumbent among the six candidates vying for the three, full-term seats available on the Ann Arbor Public Schools Board of Education.Voters in the district have ousted Ernesto Querijero, meaning there will be three new members joining the board.

Rabhi says one of his priorities is improvements to the Washtenaw ID project.About ten years ago, the county was the first the Midwest to begin issuing IDs to its residents.

With a large crowd of supporters looking on, Judge Erane Washington swore in Dyer as the first woman and youngest sheriff in county history.. Dyer thanked those who helped her get elected and says that her command team will be the diverse ever in Washtenaw County history.
