The S25 Ultra no longer offers the absolute best in mobile hardware, but its software experience, especially AI features, are the best of the bunch.

The S25 Ultra also sees the Drawing Assist feature getting a big upgrade. Users can now generate AI images using text prompts and customise the images to different art styles. Admittedly, it isn’t exactly a make-or-break feature but it is definitely one of the phone’s most fun tools.

Of course, the biggest difference here relates to the size of these two phones. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is huge, measuring 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and weighing a hefty 218g. The Pixel 9 Pro is much more pocketable, measuring 152.8 x 72 x 8.5mm and weighing 199g.
