UPDATE: Interstate 80 reopened in Clinton and Union Counties
CLINTON COUNTY, Pa. — PennDOT tells Newswatch 16 that a crash has shut down Interstate 80 Eastbound in Clinton and Union Counties. The highway was closed eastbound between Mile Run and Lock Haven.
