Japan is the fourth country to purchase the latest version of the U.S. Army's CH-47 Chinook cargo helicopter to modernize its older fleet of CH-47 JAs.

GE Aerospace will supply engines for 72 new aircraft ordered by ANA Holdings. The order includes Boeing and Airbus planes with GE and CFM engines. GE Aerospace will supply the engines for a significant aircraft order from the largest airline company in Japan.
