The U.S. voted against a U.N. resolution laying blame on Russia for its invasion of Ukraine and demanding Moscow remove its troops from Ukrainian territory.

On the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the United Nations on Monday adopted a pair of competing resolutions.

The United States failed to get the U.N. General Assembly to approve its resolution urging an end to the war without mentioning Moscow's aggression.
