Paul McCartney, 82, hosted a surprise show at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City on Tuesday night, after announcing the pop-up concert just hours earlier.

Paul McCartney announced a second surprise show at the Bowery Ballroom slated for Wednesday night, but tickets were quickly snapped up. The East Village venue was completely sold out by 11 a.m.
