Dallas Mavericks minority owner Mark Cuban clashed Monday night with a season ticket holder who started chanting "fire Nico," a call directed at embattled General Manager Nico Harrison, whose leadership is under scrutiny by Mavs fans following Luka Doncic's trade to Los Angeles.

A video was taken of Mark Cuban telling fans to "Sit the f--- down" as they were chanting "Fire Nico" at the Mavs recent game.

Enough fans were ejected that it warranted an article on ESPN where Tim MacMahon confirmed that two fans were thrown out after minority owner Mark Cuban yelled at them to "Shut the f--- up and sit the f--- down!" One of the fans involved was wearing a t-shirt featuring owner Miram Adelson wearing a clown nose. He confirmed the story on X.

Multiple Mavs fans were escorted from American Airlines Center during Monday night’s home game against the Sacramento Kings over violations of the NBA’s code of conduct. Among the fans were two who held up signs reading “FIRE NICO,” in reference to Dallas General Manager Nico Harrison.
