In addition to the injuries on the ground, homes and cars were set ablaze when the Learjet 55 crashed in a massive, fiery explosion sending parts of the plane and other debris far and wide.
The plane, owned by Vince Neil, was landing when the left main landing gear failed. Neil was not on the plane.
A Learjet 55 medical aircraft went down at approximately 6:30 p.m. in Northeast Philadelphia off the busy Roosevelt Boulevard, lighting up the rainy night sky with a fireball explosion upon impact.
