The Netflix original movie “Back in Action” started streaming last month and marked Diaz’s first acting job since 2014’s “Annie” musical adaptation.

Cameron Diaz reflected on how Hollywood has changed since the 'Me Too' movement, explaining that there were 'always layers and layers of inappropriateness' on sets earlier in her career. She added, 'Some people you have to be forceful with and put up the boundaries.

"There was always just like that one guy, you know, on set, that you were like, 'God, here he comes again,'" she tells SkipIntro

Diaz famously left the entertainment industry behind in 2014 to focus on her family and her organic wine business, Avaline. She made her triumphant return to the “big screen” 10 years later, starring alongside longtime friend Jamie Foxx in Netflix’s Back in Action.
