If you follow the road in past the boat launch and washroom on the right you will go behind a couple of buildings. There is a small parking lot there with about 10 stalls. I was lucky enough to get a spot there. People parked along the side of the road even though it was marked no parking. The large lot before the washroom on the right is for vehicles with boat trailers only. People parked on the other side of the road but again some were illegally parked. The road just before the boat launch is the road to the Sheraton Hotel. There was some limited parking on the right side. On the left is marked for beach parking and there was a gate but people drove around the gate. The parking is definitely not the greatest and there are several different tour companies that use that launch. Good Luck.
Q:
Hi, you have several times available in the evening-- what is the best time to schedule to have the best chance to see rays?
A:
I went to the earliest one which meant we had to fight the traffic to get there but also wasn’t exhausted for the long drive home.
