The Ballwin Government Center, located at 1 Government Ctr (in Vlasis Park), is open to serve the public Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Legislation, administration, public relations, occupancy/building permits and inspections, code enforcement, planning and zoning, licensing, finance, Human Resources, and the Municipal Court are functions performed at this location.
